  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar, kombucha, whey, or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp salt


  • 1-pint or -quart mason jar 


Stir till oil is well mixed or emulsified, and use immediately. Enjoy!
