Pay in Person
Payments are accepted in cash, check, or money order. A $25.00 fee as well as the original check amount is assessed to the student’s account if any check is returned from the bank.
If you have a credit balance on your student account and want all or part of the credit moved to your ManageMyID debit card, complete the Credit Balance Transfer Authorization form and submit it the completed form to the Business Office. Funds are generally transferred within 24 hours.

Washington College is pleased to offer the tuition payment plan administered by ACI/Official Payments. Enrolling in a tuition payment plan is easy.
Plans offered for Fall there is a 5 month installment plan with payments beginning 7/20 or a 4 month installment plan with payment beginning 8/20. There is a one time enrollment fee of $55 for the plan.
Plans offered for Spring there is a 5 month installment plan with payment beginning 12/20 or a 4 month installment plan with payment beginning 1/20. There is a one time enrollment fee of $55 for the plan.
